Terms and Conditions — 345pk Official Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 345pk ("345pk", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account on 345pk at https://345pk.app, by logging into an existing account, or by placing any bet or game wager on the 345pk platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, log in, or use any service on 345pk. Continued use of the platform after any amendments have been published constitutes acceptance of those amendments. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 345pk including sports betting, live casino games, card games, bonuses, and the Refer a Friend programme.

To register an account on 345pk you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which using online betting services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual for personal entertainment — not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had a 345pk account closed for any violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 345pk employee or contractor.

Each individual is entitled to maintain exactly one account on 345pk. Opening multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, 345pk will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balance across those accounts. If you have accidentally created more than one account, contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed before any breach action is taken.

You are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering, including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your mobile number, and your Pakistani Rupee payment method details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Your 345pk account login credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 345pk will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact 345pk support immediately.

345pk accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 345pk does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from a third-party account it will be returned to its source and your account may be suspended pending investigation. Deposits made to 345pk are non-refundable once confirmed except where required under applicable consumer protection law.

Before 345pk will process your first withdrawal request, you are required to complete identity verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — your CNIC is the primary accepted document. 345pk reserves the right to request additional documentation including a utility bill or bank statement for proof of address and a selfie with your ID for facial verification. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

Once verification is complete and a withdrawal request is submitted, processing times on 345pk are as follows: standard accounts — Easypaisa/JazzCash withdrawals within 1–3 hours; VIP Gold accounts — within 30 minutes; Premium Elite accounts — near-instant. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days regardless of account tier.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 (Rs 200 for referral reward balances).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name as your 345pk account.
• Bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• 345pk reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in instalments over multiple business days.
• If verification documents have not been submitted and approved, withdrawals will be held until the verification process is complete.

345pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between the general terms here and a promotion's specific terms, the specific terms of that promotion prevail.

New players who register on 345pk and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rs 5,000. The minimum first deposit to qualify is Rs 500. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds and carries a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount before any portion can be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited or the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.

The 345pk Refer a Friend programme pays Rs 500 to the referring player for each new player who registers through their unique referral link and makes a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500. Referral rewards are credited as real balance with no wagering requirement. The programme is subject to a no-duplicate-account rule — referrals of existing players or self-referrals will not be paid and may result in account suspension.

• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds may not be used on certain bet types or game categories as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 345pk reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may be capped as stated in individual promotion terms.

When you place a bet on 345pk, you agree that you have checked your selection, the odds displayed, and the stake amount before confirming. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds at which your bet will be settled — unless a manifest error has occurred (see below). Once confirmed, bets are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided at your request.

If 345pk makes a clearly obvious error in publishing odds — for example, displaying 100/1 on an event when the correct price is 1/100 — 345pk reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect odds and return stakes to affected players. 345pk will notify affected players of any void action taken under this clause within 48 hours.

If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins and is not rescheduled within 36 hours of the original start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 36 hours, bets will stand for the rescheduled fixture. Special rules may apply to cricket matches affected by weather — these are published in our specific cricket betting terms accessible on the platform.

In-play (live) bets placed on 345pk are subject to a brief acceptance delay for verification. During this delay, odds may change. If the odds have moved significantly by the time the bet is processed, 345pk may accept the bet at the new odds, offer the player the option to accept the new odds, or cancel the bet and return the stake — depending on the movement size and type of market.

All live casino games on 345pk — including Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — are operated by licensed third-party live casino providers. By playing these games on 345pk you also agree to the rules of the relevant game provider, which are accessible from within each game interface.

Results of all live casino games are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer — cards dealt, the roulette wheel spin, or dice rolled. Results are final once the dealer has declared the outcome and the round closes. Disputes about game results must be raised within 48 hours of the round closing and will be investigated using studio video recordings maintained by the game provider.

If you are disconnected from a live casino game after placing a bet but before the round closes, 345pk and the game provider will attempt to settle your bet according to the final outcome of that round. If the technical issue prevents settlement, 345pk will refund your stake for the affected round. Claims for disconnection refunds must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the incident.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 345pk. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent closure of your 345pk account:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses, staking to deliberately fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with others to generate artificial wagering activity.
• Attempting to launder money or use 345pk to process proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Using the platform in a manner that constitutes match-fixing, corruption of sporting events, or insider betting.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 345pk staff or other players.

345pk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is a reasonable belief that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players. When an account is suspended for investigation, 345pk will complete the investigation within a reasonable time and notify the account holder of the outcome.

Where an account is closed for a proven breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including both real funds and bonus funds — will be forfeited. Where an account is closed following an investigation that finds no breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players may close their own 345pk account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. On voluntary closure, any remaining real fund balance will be paid to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification if not previously completed. Bonus funds are forfeited on voluntary account closure.

345pk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. In summary, we collect the personal information you provide at registration and during verification, your transaction history, and data about how you use the platform — for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, complying with legal obligations, and improving the 345pk service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and do not share it with external marketing organisations. Data is stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to staff who need it to perform their role. You have the right to request a copy of your data, to request corrections, and to request deletion (subject to our legal retention obligations) at any time by contacting us. When material changes are made, 345pk will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, and will display a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. For minor or clarificatory changes, updates may take effect immediately upon publication.

If you continue to use 345pk after updated Terms have taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date. Your account balance will be paid to you as described in Section 9.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 345pk are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the platform operates. 345pk operates under its licensing authority's regulations and any disputes not resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant independent adjudicator.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 345pk service, please contact our support team in the first instance. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing (via the support chat or email) and will receive an initial response within 48 hours. Complex complaints involving bet settlement or account investigations will receive a full written response within 14 days of the complaint being received.
